1. Incoming Reflection - 

My initial expectations of Colloquium are to learn more about Florida's wildlife and environment, and to go outside and walk around in the mud, and to get eaten alive by mosquitoes. Given I hate mosquitoes, I love to hike. My favorite place to hike is Zion National Park, closely followed by Castle Rock in Colorado. I've never been a big fan of Florida's flat environment and walking trails, everything is just green and there are cotton mouths. I hate all poisonous/ venomous creatures, and I especially hate bugs that bite. I react horribly to mosquito bites, as seen by the numerous scars I have covering my legs. 

My personal goals for this class are to pass. I see this course being somewhat helpful in the future, mainly because I want to go into R&D. I'm already the Founder and President of a company that is working on a device that will result in a lower amount of regulated medical waste per use.
